Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks, depending on your location, carrier performance, and demand.


Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.





Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance
  • International transit issues
  • Events beyond our control



Delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.





Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.





Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages



Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Siora Pegia is not liable for lost or stolen packages.


We recommend contacting your local carrier or postal service if an issue occurs.





International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.


Customs delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.





All Sales Final

All sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our 2–6 week shipping timeframe and our no-return, no-refund policy.
