Refund policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Why?
Each item is produced and processed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell items once they have been shipped.
Please Note:
- No returns or refunds for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse
- No refunds for delayed shipping once the item has left our facility
- No exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement only (no refunds).
